you should be able to do a load fixup from the console. You are better also completely renaming the file as well rather than just putting it in a different folder within notes. I normally rename it bumailfile.nsf and also change the description to "backup of persons name". You really don't want notes getting confused and thinking they are replicas of the same file (they will share the same rep id etc).
